The Company was incorporated on 8/4/1991 in the name of “Mannakrishna Investment Private Limited” under the Companies Act, 1956. Registered office of the company is situated at 21, Strand Road, Kolkata – 700019.

The company has been carrying on business as a “Non-Deposit taking – Non Banking Financial Company” (NBFC), in India. The company is registered with Reserve Bank of India as NBFC vide Registration Number 05.00990 as a Mid-Layer Investment & Credit Company (ICC).

Business Activities

The company is presently engaged mainly in the business of investment in shares & securities & financial activity.  Company does not have any Public Funds.

Further, company does not have any customer interface as it is not carrying out loaning activity directly and does not have any digital presence / tied-up with any digital lending platform and has not appointed any agent to do any activity of lending.  Also, company has not outsourced any activities related to customer interface
